Sber Pro Digital is a service that was launched some time ago by our team. After its release, quantitative data was collected, user interviews were conducted, and feedback was gathered from businesses and the editorial team. Additionally, new business criteria were announced, which conceptually impacted the entire service.

The company allocated resources for the service redesign, and based on the aforementioned points, the product redesign was initiated. The redesign included a revamp of the canvas as well.

About the Canvas
For the canvas, the redesign criteria were based solely on feedback and new inputs from business partners and top management.
Subsequently, all design decisions were iterative and made based on the designer's expertise, analysis of other products, and feedback from the project manager, developers, and stakeholders.
