Sber Pro Digital is a service that was launched some time ago by our team. After its release, various types of data were collected, and new business requirements were announced, which conceptually impacted the entire service. The company allocated resources for the service redesign, which included a revamp of the related pages as well.
For the design system, the redesign was based on feedback from business partners and top management, new inputs from them, interviews and user tests with users, brainstorming sessions, and the prioritization of selected features and changes. Besides the needs of the project, the interests of another project, namely, the internal Media Platform, in which I also participated, were involved. The development was based on this project and had to meet its technical requirements.
The case does not show the requirements for each individual entity, each of which was a separate multi-iterative task.
