After receiving requirements from the business team and researchers that addressed the problems and needs of both the development, editorial, and business sides, work on the design began. Our design team decided to use User Journey Mapping and Task Analysis to understand how users would interact with the system at various stages of their workflow. Given the extremely tight development timelines, the core and primary layout of the design were initially based solely on the design team's expertise and brainstorming with the business team and developers. However, the collected data significantly helped in further refining the design and was supplemented with new insights as the project progressed.

During the process, I closely collaborated with the development team and product managers, using an agile approach for rapid iteration and implementing changes. We decided to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Additionally, I used the Value Proposition Canvas to determine the value the new system would bring to users. This allowed us to focus on the features that would address the most pressing user problems, such as intuitive navigation and efficient content management.

The project was successful — the system significantly improved the content management process, allowing users to work faster and more effectively. We were able to reduce the time spent on key tasks and increase user satisfaction.
